Manifest means: 1) clear or obvious to the eye or mind. 2) display or show by one's acts or appearance, demonstrate.

Galatians 4:6-7(NIV) Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba,^[b] Father.” ⁷So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

We are to manifest (demonstrate) who we are the sons and daughters of God. We do this by manifesting God's love, forgiveness, and power to everyone.
