Year 2020- Open Hands

I was thinking about the year 2020 and hear in my spirit check the Hebrew. The number twenty symbolizes redemption.
The Hebrew Letter kaph represents the number 20. Kaph is a palm, an open hand in Hebrew. Kaph signifies giving freely with the palm up or covering sin with the palm down.

The year 2020 represents two open hands, both giving freely. It is a double portion (Isaiah 61:7-8) year. The Lord is saying, “I have both My palms up and I am giving freely to you from both hands.” In other words, this is the year of the “double portion”. This double portion is being given in every area of our lives. In the spiritual, it is a closer relationship with Him and a doubling of the fruits and the gifts of the Spirit. This also means a doubling of the Fire of God and the Power of God in your life. In the physical, it is a doubling of health, wholeness,, and strength as well as healings. In the financial, it a releasing of double what you need. These are just three areas of your life, that God is going to freely give to you in every area of your life.
As we receiving from the Lord, I hear in the Spirit we are to freely give (Matthew 10:7-8).  It is in the giving that you will maximize the double portion. We are to do Isaiah 61, we are to proclaim the good news, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom to the captives and release those who are prisoners of darkness. We are to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and warn of the day of God’s vengeance.

We are to rebuild the ancient ruins and renew our ruined cities.
How can we do all this? Isaiah 61:1, “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me... Jesus declared this at the beginning of His ministry.  Jesus is the head and we are His body and anointing of the Spirit flows down to us His body.  We can do everything by Anointing of the Holy Spirit.
So, as God has opened His hand and is giving freely to us, let us go into 2020 with our hands open with our palms up to freely give. Also, be willing to have our palms down to cover sin and to lift those up who need our help.

Selah for Today 10-24-2019- Freedom

Freedom according to Webster's Dictionary is the quality or state of being free such as the absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action. Liberation from slavery.
Freedom is wonderful, but freedom without responsibility always leads back to slavery. When we don't take personal responsibility for our freedoms, someone else will do it for us and that leads to tyranny and slavery. True freedom begins with Christ.

Galatians 5:1(NIV) It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.  1 Corinthians 10:23 (NIV) “I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but not everything is constructive

Selah for Today 08-30-2019-Justice

Dr. Gary Allen, “The sad reality is that man’s nature desires justice for himself, yet he denies it to others.”
Micah 6:8 (NKJV) He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?
Matthew 22:5-40 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Selah for Today 08-26-2019-Forgive

To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.” (1) –Lewis B. Smedes
When you forgive, the very chemical structure of the brain changes from the negative to the positive affecting the entire thinking/memory building process (2) –Dr. Caroline Leaf

Matthew 6:14 (NKJV) “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Selah for Today 08-13-2019-The Call

Jonah heard the call of God and hid in a boat (Jonah 1:1-6). Peter heard the call of God and stepped out of the boat, to walk with God (Matthew 14:27-29). Think about it.

Selah for Today 08-12-2019-Life

Your life speaks louder than anything you can say.
The question is, "What is your life saying?"
Hebrews 10:23-35 (NIV)Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Selah for Today 08-09-2019 98%

98% of the body of Christ is already positioned IN the world to bring light (truth) into darkness!!!

Mark 16:15-18 (NIV)  15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

False Perfectionism

A few weeks ago, my family and I decided to visit a local church, just to go be refreshed. When we arrived, we learned Pastor Chris was not ministering that day. But, his wife, the co-pastor and first lady would be preaching.

Pastor Shelia. Said, “That was a Sunday full of surprises. First, God gave her a new message to preach that morning. The second, (looking directly at me) she said, “There is a prophet in the house.” Then the Pastor Shelia walked over to me and said, “Prophet you did not come here just to sit. I am sorry I can’t remember your name (this was fine we had met for the first time the week before).” After I told her my name, said, “After I finish, I am going to turn the mike over to you minister as the Lord leads.” My wife said, “Are you sure you want to do that?” Everyone laughed.

In a few minutes, Pastor Shelia handed me the mike.  The Prophetic Words began to flow, first was the word for this hour, “God is Moving in the Moment,” then there was a word for the church, some individual words, a word for Pastors Chris and Shelia.

I thought the Lord was done, when the Lord said, “Just one more thing. You all have seen what has happened in the past two years with destruction of people’s lives for things they did 20, or 30 years ago. Even the accusations of something has brought destruction. This is a strategy of the enemy called, False Perfectionism.” This is how the enemy works, he is the accuser of our brothers and sisters, Revelation 12:10. The examples of this are the recent Supreme Court confirmation hearings. Another example is when someone posted something years ago on Facebook or Twitter and it is revealed. Then, their lives and their families are destroyed.

The Lord continued to say, “False Perfectionism is that someone must be perfect, or they are disqualified from serving.  Its purpose is two-fold. First is keep good people from answering the call to serve this nation. The enemy knows that these good people would oppose his plans to destroy this nation. Everyone has things in their past that the enemy uses for this purpose.

The second is to destroy lives.” At that moment the Lord gave me a vision, I was in an office. There was a man there, who had lost hope because of his past, He opened the desk drawer and pulled out a gun and put it in his mouth. The vision ended.

The Lord continued to speak, “The enemy has done this my church for years and has now launched this strategy into the nation with a vengeance.

I have given my church weapons to defeat this strategy. First, you must remember and remind others there is no one who is perfect except for my Son Jesus. Second, tell them that the blood of the Lamb removes all sin. Third, you must walk in forgiveness and mercy. Leave the judging up to me.”

God has revealed this strategy of the enemy and He has given us powerful weapons. These weapons are Ephesians 6, the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God and Revelation 12:11, the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. We need to bold, in showing the forgiveness of God to each other and the to world.

A Memorial Day Speical Post: Just One More Lord

This is honor all our military, for they all are Heroes.

Just One More, Lord!
I was watching the movie Hacksaw Ridge, about Desmond Doss a Seventh Day Adventist conscientious objector and Medic and Medal of Honor honoree during World War II.
During one of the worst battles of the war. The battle for Okinawa and the worst battle for the island, Hacksaw Ridge.
While the Japanese Army held the ridge, He rescued 75 wounded American Soldiers, lower them 350 ft. down the side of the escarpment to safety.  Japanese Soldiers reported having him in their gunsights, but their guns would jam when they tried to shoot him. During this time, he kept praying, “Lord, Just One More!”
That prayer stayed with me, “Lord Just One More!”  I asked the Lord, “Why is this is staying with me.”
Lord said, “I want my people to have that same cry in their hearts, “Lord Just One More.”
In 1 Corinthians 9:16-27, Paul has this attitude of the heart, doing and being whatever it takes for the Gospel.
Mark 16:15-18 (NKJV)  And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
Then Jesus was beaten and crucified, He was doing the Just One More!
We Must Cry Out from Our Hearts:
Lord, just one more pledge, here.
Lord, just one more deliverance.
Lord, just one more demon cast out.
Lord, just one more healing.
Lord, just one more miracle.
Lord, just one more Baptism of the Holy Spirit
Most importantly,
JUST ONE MORE SALVATION!!
Oh, don’t worry about the devil, God will cause his guns to jam like he did for Desmond Doss.
